Any additional charges must be quoted upon request.<\/p><p>Leaving the pickup location without notifying us will be considered a no-show charge.<\/p><p>If customers are traveling with a wheelchair or have limited mobility, please notify us when requesting a quote, and we will find the best solution for their comfort and safety.<br \/>If not informed, our representatives have the right to refuse service if they believe safety may be compromised. In this case, the full cost will be charged as a no-show.<\/p><p><strong>IMPORTANT NOTE:<\/strong> Please check with our reservations office for direct\/logistical access to your final destination and any additional requirements when requesting a quote.<\/p><p><strong>Emergency 24\/365: Water Services Number 335-6347521 General Number +39 335-8077273<\/strong><\/p><p>We recommend that you write down our emergency number so you can contact us if necessary.<\/p><p><strong>PLEASE NOTE:<\/strong> IMPORTANT: If you have difficulty finding your local representative, be sure to call the number provided.<br \/>Leaving the pick-up location without notifying the supplier will result in a full NO-SHOW penalty.<br \/>The supplier will not be held responsible for missed flights.<br \/>Our drivers reserve the right to refuse any passenger with extra luggage that does not fit in the trunk of the vehicle;<br \/>please ensure you have booked the appropriate vehicle type (sedan, minivan or minibus, water taxi, water limousine).<br \/>If you are traveling with extra luggage, please notify us at the time of booking.<br \/>If you are traveling with a baby\/child, please notify us as we will arrange for an appropriate car seat.<\/p><p><strong>Rates do not include:<\/strong><br \/>Tip (optional)<br \/>Nighttime fee + 20% (10:00 PM \u2013 7:00 AM)<br \/>Pickup at the departure transfer includes a 10-minute wait for the boat only.<br \/>Upon arrival, the transfer service is coordinated by representatives.<br \/>Payment must be made by bank transfer upon receipt and approval of the invoice.<br \/>We require a credit card with expiration date as a guarantee at the start of the collaboration.<br \/>Payment by credit card + 5% (no AMEX).<\/p><p><strong>Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><br \/>Any cancellation up to 24 hours before the car&#8217;s departure from the garage: No penalty\/free cancellation.<br \/>For any cancellation between 24 and 12 hours: a penalty equal to 50% of the full service fee will be applied.<br \/>Any cancellation made more than 12 hours before the car&#8217;s departure from the garage: a penalty equal to 100% of the full service fee will be charged.<br \/>No shows: 100% penalty.<br \/>The above cancellation policy is valid only during office hours.<br \/>Our offices are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm.<br \/><strong>To confirm any cancellations\/updates, please send an email to info@venicewaterlimousine.com<\/strong><br \/><strong>24-hour emergency service: Water Services +39 335-6347521 General +39 335-8077273<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rates include taxes.The water taxi\/limousine service is exempt from VAT according to Italian law.The standard rates above are based on 4 passengers + 4 pieces of luggage for a daily service.
